TIMING
You are encouraged to arrive at lease 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. It’s expected to contact us if you are running late. The session will proceed on time regardless of your attendance.
DEPOSITS
Paying a deposit shows us that you intend to show up to your session and it means you are entering into a contract with BLEND AND SIP CO PTY LTD. When you pay a deposit, you and BLEND AND SIP CO PTY LTD agree: the exact time, date of the session that you are paying for. If you do not attend, the deposit is forfeited, which means it WILL NOT roll over to another session.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. All late cancellations, no-shows, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged the remaining amount of the appoint scheduled and deposit will be forfeited or you will be banned from returning as a customer.
REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES
Refunds are not applicable where the customer cancels their session.
Through no fault of BLEND AND SIP CO PTY LTD or the customer, in an act of God, making it impossible for the session to continue, only then is a credit note or refund applicable.
Please note, event cancelations, illness, travel issues, double bookings, change of mind, work commitments and anything else of similar nature are not applicable to receive a refund or credit note, no matter how much notice is given. Full refunds will ONLY apply in cases where BLEND AND SIP CO PTY LTD must cancel the session.
RESHEDULING
If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will need to be paid, this is regardless of how much notice is given,
MINIMUM REQUIRMENT
Blend and sip co requires a minimum of 5 people to attend a class for it to run. If the minimum is not met, Blend and sip co reserve the right to reschedule your class before 24 hours notice.
METHODS OF PAYMENTS
We accept cash and all major cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as bank issued EFTPOS chip cards. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques.
Remaining Balance is to be paid on arrival.
PRIVACY
Blend and sip co will not disclose personal client information to third parties and all customer information remains confidential.
